Yes, the tech shelter will remain. Behind it on top of the hill is the new expansion of the Indycar paddock.

Standing on the edge of the 'cliff' behind the tech shed looking north toward the new medical building. Old medical building is on the right and newly leveled area to the west of it. Paved paddock is to the right of the old medical building.

Taken from the same spot as the last picture only now looking south. This used to be a narrow road running behind the tech shed and is now the newly expanded Indcar paddock. Really a huge area. You can get the scale of the space from my CRV.
